I had a dream I was reading a never before released acd Sherlock Holmes story. In it, Holmes and Watson had become separated during a storm, and Watson was trapped on an iceberg with a a rather large egg. He used deductive reasoning and realized Moriarty has somehow been behind their separation with the chaotic crowd running from the storm. He packed up the egg and swam through the freezing water back to Holmes. They were overjoyed that both of them, as well as the egg, were safe, and they went on to fight Moriarty, and all was well.
It was eventually revealed at the end that they were all penguins now, and Rosie was in the abandoned egg that penguin Holmes and Watson decided to adopt and raise as their own
