On how he wants to be remembered: “Just as a guy who was interested in the golden thread that intertwines all of us together. You know, that golden thread that goes through me and you, and the cameraman, and all the people out there and back through Nancy. That’s what an artist can do, that someone – anyone – could do, if they’re willing to pluck that. And either it makes you laugh or it makes you cry, it’s that golden thread of humanity, and I’d like to be remembered as maybe a guy who plucked a few of those.”

#for a second i thought this was gay porn #and then i realized it was sherlock holmes #which is gay porn

the fucKING THIRD GIF THOUGH

Yeah, that whole train scene has no heterosexual explanation whatsoever

Lie down with me, Watson.

OP… You left out the best parts of this scene though! Firstly, remember
that this was supposed to be Watson’s honeymoon… and Watson and Mary were
getting hot and heavy before assassins & Holmes interrupted them.. Holmes
pushes Mary out and then this happens:

WATSON LITERALLY TEARING HOLMES’S CLOTHES OFF WITH HIS BARE HANDS

THEN, HOLMES PUTS HIS LEGS OVER WATSON’S SHOULDERS–

AND AFTER STRUGGLING FOR A BIT MORE, HOLMES PUSHES WATSON
OFF AND LIFTS HIS SKIRT TO REVEAL–

Like, they are soooooo far past innuendo at this point! Then,
Holmes literally start disrobing as he says, “Now, do you need me to
elaborate? Or can we just crack on?

You can’t make me believe that Watson’s  mind went in the gutter over that line.

And when Watson asks where they are going, Holmes replies: “Paris. The
most sensible honeymoon destination of them all.”

This entire movie is soooooo incredibly gay…

To everyone who’s been pining over “Johnlock” – meet the movie that flew right past Johnlock into Eternal Married Couple and then some.

regionalcryptid:

literally the only reason sherlock holmes was made a man who repressed all his urges and liked to appear like he had none, a seemingly emotionless machine, someone who hid his true personality from the public is that he was a gay man in a time when that could have cost him his life. like literally, that’s the only reason, it’s queer coding, that’s it

What single word do you most identify with?
Notorious. A young woman made a Tumblr account out of my dissenting judgement in the Shelby County case. She told me I had become The Notorious R.B.G. – totally understandable. The Notorious B.I.G. and I were both born and bred in Brooklyn, New York, so we have that in common.
