the hill i’m personally dying on is that coldplay is an amazing band and one of the most subtly influential bands of the 2000’s
boo me all you fucking want but ‘the scientist’?? ‘clocks’???? ‘speed of sound’????? ‘viva la vida’????? you’re going to sit there and tell me that these four songs alone haven’t spanned time and aren’t all recognizable just by their usage in movies/television??? play the opening of clocks or viva la vida and tell me you haven’t heard it at least ONCE in your life. coldplay is good and that’s that on that.
