I found this show a few months ago on Netflix. Anne with an E. It is by far one of the best series I’ve watched. And I feel like it’s such an underrated and unknown show.
It deals with so many issues and I feel like more people need to watch it. Issues simple as just growing up and going through puberty, building and maintaining friendships, family and financial hardships to deeper issues such as being different, psychological trauma from bullying, growing into who you are, and even living a controversial lifestyle like being gay in a time where it was absolutely unthinkable.
I just need think everyone should give this show a chance. It will make you laugh, cry, swear, and fall in love with all the characters. Please watch this. Season 2 just came out and I’ve been binging it hardcore.
